We strive to offer the best service possible, because we really care about your purchasing needs and want you to have a pleasant buying experience. Our Customer Care Service hours for personal phone calls: We open daily at 10:00 AM, Eastern time zone. Our Winter Hours are as follows: From December 31st, 2012, through February 25th, 2013, our storefront will be closed on Mondays. Tuesday thru Friday - open at 10:00 am, closing at 5:30 pm. Saturday - 10:00 am to 2:00 pm. Our answering service picks up calls after hours and we will return your call as soon as possible. Our e-mail hours are 24/7. Spring/Summer hours begin March 1st: Monday thru Friday- 10:00 am to 5:30 pm, Saturday 10:00 am to 2:00 pm. ORDER FULFILLMENT: We strive to ship all orders within 2 business days of a paid order. However, due to fluctuations in our inventory during the busy summer months, it may be necessary to place an item on backorder. We will notify you ASAP if this happens. We can then hold your order until it is complete or send what is in stock. You will only pay shipping on the full order - no extra shipping on the backorder. We make every attempt to keep stock in hand, but we do ask for your patience and understanding if an item is on backorder. Our Return Policies are as follows: We accept returns for full credit or refund for one month after date of purchase as noted on your invoice or sales slip. We ask that you phone us using our toll free number (888-234-0785) for a Returns Authorization Number, which helps us track your return. We can then also discuss an exchange or refund, per your approval. You will need to pack your item(s) securely using a good box and with good packing material. Please do not use newspaper as packing material, as the ink rubs off on the items and leaves them non-acceptable. And, please do keep your invoice or sales slip, as we will need a copy returned with your item(s). Returns after one month to 60 days are subject to a 10% restocking fee. After 60 days, the items are yours - no returns. If the problem has been caused due to a mistake on the part of Christian Homestead, such as sending the wrong book number, we will reimburse you for the return shipping. Otherwise, the return shipping and cost of the replacement shipping will be your responsibility. To obtain the status of an order, enter the confirmation number and click Go!. |
